Hi, my husband was out of work for a month and we are now behind with our rent. My eldest son has just started working this month, and I am going for an interview tonight, my husband is back working now, but we just need a short term loan of £3000 just to catch up. The solicitors who administer the estate of the property we live in have advised us if we dont pay our rent when it is due on Monday they will not renew our lease which means we will be homeless. We have the means to pay the loan but cannot get it because of past credit history
